FORGE TOR

Advanced technology, time-honed craftsmanship!

We are a digital orthopedic laboratory that specializes in providing high-quality services in the field of digital dental modeling. Our lab aims to significantly improve your business by implementing fast and accurate digital service.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in dentistry and orthopedics. We use advanced digital modeling technologies to create accurate and detailed 3D models of teeth, which allows us to perform any orthopedic task efficiently and quickly.

Our work process begins with a thorough analysis of each individual case. We pay special attention to the individual needs and requirements of each patient, which allows us to develop optimal solutions that meet high quality standards. Each case is thoroughly tested and adjusted to ensure the best results.

Our digital solutions include:

Partial dentures are usually removable dentures that replace multiple teeth in the upper or lower portion of your mouth.
Partial dentures are more than cosmetic devices. They can also enhance chewing and speaking for the wearer. Partial dentures can also preserve the placement of the remaining teeth in your mouth, which may otherwise shift over time.
Partial dentures aren’t usually intended for around-the-clock wear. Most dentists will recommend removing partial dentures at night and cleaning them.

The process of manufacturing zirconium crowns involves the use of computer modeling and digital scanning. This allows you to accurately recreate the anatomical shape of the tooth and ensure an excellent fit of the crown to the natural tooth. After modeling, the crown is manufactured using a milling machine or 3D printing.

The manufacture of removable dentures has been widely recognized for many years and is now a well-established everyday procedure. However, today, the production of removable dentures is increasingly being digitized due to the continuous improvement of system components. This progress is leading to changes in the workflow, especially for dental laboratories, which are no longer primarily manual tasks, but rather digital ones

There are two ways to place a crown on an implant: screw and cement. Screw fixation of crowns on implants involves drilling a hole in a pre-made crown, which will be subsequently filled. A screw is inserted through it, which passes through the crown and is screwed into the abutment. All this happens outside the patient’s oral cavity. When the crown and abutment are securely connected, the latter is fixed in a special hole in the implant.

Clear planning of future treatment. WAX UP allows the dentist to create a model of the dentition that accurately reflects the future result of treatment.
Improving the aesthetics of teeth. WAX UP allows the dentist to change the shape of the teeth to improve the aesthetic appearance of the patient’s smile.
Increasing the durability of restorations. Due to the fact that WAX UP allows you to preserve the maximum possible amount of tooth tissue, restorations become stronger and more durable.
Avoidance of mistakes. With the help of WAX UP, the dentist can model changes in the shape of the teeth and bite to avoid mistakes during treatment.
The patient can see the future result of treatment. Thanks to temporary restorations that are created on the basis of a wax model of the dentition, the patient can assess the future result of treatment and make the necessary changes

To begin designing the Michigan Bite Splint, the STL files for each arch are reviewed before being imported into the Exocad 3D planning software. After loading, the occlusion needs to be verified. Adding a transparency effect to the STL of the mandibular arch creates a detailed view of the bite from the lower angle.
Our goal is always to:
to have sufficient space and clearance for the bite guard
to keep the surface of the bite guard as flat as possible
to achieve central contacts on all teeth, ensuring that they are in simultaneous contact in the central occlusion
No gaps or inserts
The thickness of the bite guard is guided by the above points, as well as by the virtual articulator measurements and the 3D printer’s material recommendations. The ideal minimum bite guard thickness is 2 mm and the minimum lateral thickness is 1 mm.

A dental bridge is an orthopedic fixed one-piece structure made of two or more crowns that replaces one or more teeth in a row with support for adjacent teeth.
Bridge structures can be fixed both on implants and on native teeth. Bridges are made of the same materials as dental crowns. Let’s consider the difference, advantages and disadvantages of each type.

Fixed Complete Denture
A fixed complete denture (also known as a traditional “hybrid” prosthesis) is a screw-retained treatment option that was introduced by Dr. George Zarb and has been used for many years. A metal framework is fabricated, pink acrylic and denture teeth are processed to this framework
Advantages: This is a popular option due to the low cost associated with fabrication of the prosthesis. Additionally, the cost of repair is minimal as repairs are easily accomplished with repair resin which is added to the defects or areas of concern chairside. Hence, the patient is not impacted without the prosthesis for any length of time as the denture is not sent to the laboratory for repair.
