Crown Design

  1. Scan bite in pre-op occlusion (Closed)
  2. Scan pre-op quadrant or arch
  3. Scan prepped quadrant or arch
  4. Scan Opposing quadrant or arch

Implant Bar Design

  1. Scan prosthetic seated on arch
  2. Scan tissue with scan bodies (arch off)
  3. (If) their is an opposing, scan (or) repeat steps 1+2 for duel arch bar designs

Implant Crown Design

  1. Single Unit implant crowns ONLY!

    1. Scan bite, without scan body
    2. Scan full arch with scan body
    3. Scan opposing

Surgical Guide Design

  1. CBCT dicom files
  2.  Scan Upper
  3. Scan Lower
  4. Scan Bite
  5. Note site location(s) with tooth number

Edentulous Surgical Guide Design

  1. Scan CB-CT with radiographic stent in patient
  2. Scan Radiographic Stent 360°
  3. Scan Upper
  4. Scan Lower
  5. Scan Bite
  6. Note site location(s) with tooth number

Bite Splint Design

  1. Scan Upper
  2. Scan Lower
  3. Scan opened bite to desired virtual dimension (via leaf gauge, cotton roll or blu mousse)

Bridge Design

  1. Scan bite in pre-op occlusion (Closed)
  2. Scan pre-op quadrant or arch
  3. Scan prepped quadrant or arch
  4. Scan Opposing quadrant or arch

Veneer Design

  1. Scan bite in pre-op occlusion (Closed)
  2. Scan pre-op quadrant or arch
  3. Scan prepped quadrant or arch
  4. Scan Opposing quadrant or arch

All-on-x Hybrid Design

  1. Scan old prosthetic seated on arch (must have tissue references visible)
  2.  Scan tissue with scan bodies (prosthetic off)
  3. (If) their is an no opposing prosthetic, scan (or) repeat steps 1 & 2 for duel arch Hybrid designs.

Denture Design

  1. Scan Bite with existing prosthetic in the mouth
  2. Scan existing denture 360° with realign impression if needing more suction.
  3. scan opposing arch (or) repeat step one if dual arch.

Partial Denture Design

  1. Scan Bite with existing prosthetic(s) in the mouth
  2. Scan existing partial arch without prosthetic in the mouth
  3. Scan existing partial arch with prosthetic in the mouth
  4. scan opposing arch (or) repeat step 2 & 3 for duel arch.

  1. Scan pre-op quadrant or arch
  2. Scan prepped quadrant or arch
